Hill, Barth & King Acquires Carson & Co., LLC, CPAs

PITTSBURGH, PENNSYLVANIA (February 2012) - The accounting and business consulting firm of Hill, Barth & King LLC (HBK) has announced that they have acquired Carson & Co., LLC, CPAs of Sewickley, Pennsylvania, effective immediately. John Mavero will be joining Hill, Barth & King as a Principal in the firm. The staff from Carson & Co. will continue to maintain its present location in Sewickley as well as integrate with the Pittsburgh office of Hill, Barth & King, which is located in Wexford, Pennsylvania.
