Steve, an attorney whose practice has been dedicated to the Energy industry and focused on Business and Energy Law, will bring his wealth of knowledge regarding the oil and gas industry to the firm. He will consult with the firm’s existing and future clients in the oil and gas industry and work with their attorneys, accountants and financial planners to ensure the client’s overall goals are addressed and to maximize their financial success.
In addition to joining HbK, Steve is an Adjunct Professor at both the Duquesne University School of Law and Pennsylvania State University, Beaver Campus. A native of Steubenville, Ohio, he is also a member of the SMC Government Relations Committee, Past Business Enterprise Competition Pittsburgh Technical Counsel Judge, Mediator and Arbitrator for the US District Court Western District of Pennsylvania, FINRA Arbitrator and Leadership Pittsburgh XXI graduate.
