We support and encourage all professional staff to take the CPA Exam as
soon as possible. During this important undertaking, we allow time for
studying and offer compensation for time off to sit for the Exam. HBK
provides training to all professional team members for the first three
years of employment through Staff Level I, Staff Level II and Staff Level
III training. In addition, HBK offers on-going training by providing seminars
and CPE courses to professional team members.

firm with 12 locations allows us to be flexible in job roles and assignments.
If an HBK team member has a particular interest or special talent in a
specific area such as Information Technology or Tax, we will encourage
him or her to assume responsibilities in those areas as soon as he or

Finally, at HBK, we understand and respect the need for a balanced work
